Frequently asked questions

Will this part fit my iPhone 13 Pro Max?

Yes, provided your device really is a iPhone 13 Pro Max. Our catalogue is organised by model precisely for that: you cannot land on a part that would not fit. If you are unsure about your exact variant, the full label at the top of this page carries the manufacturer’s references, and our assistant answers in two questions.

What if I ordered the wrong part?

14 days of statutory withdrawal, and up to 30 days with us as long as the original packaging has not been opened and the part has not been fitted. That is why we insist on checking the model before ordering.

What does the warranty cover?

The legal guarantee of conformity — 2 years on a new part, 12 months on a refurbished device — on the part and its operation. It does not cover breakage during fitting, which is why we state the difficulty and the tools rather than letting you find out.

When will I receive it?

Shipped within 24 working hours. The actual dispatch date is shown above the buy button, and it accounts for weekends and public holidays.
